QueueUp is a virtual waitlist platform for restaurants. Guests scan a QR, step away, and get a WhatsApp the moment their table is ready — so they come back and sit down instead of walking off to the place next door.
Friday · 7:42 PM
On a busy night the crowd at your door is revenue — but a clipboard and a shouted number quietly leak it away.
Guests see a crowd, get no clear wait time, and leave for the restaurant next door. You never even knew they arrived.
Names on paper, numbers shouted over the noise, missed parties and awkward double-seating during the peak rush.
No idea how long people really wait, when your peaks hit, or how many you turned away. You can't fix what you can't measure.
It runs in the browser your guests already have — no app download for them, no new hardware for you.
A small stand at your entrance or host station. They enter name, party size and phone — on the waitlist in ten seconds.
They see their live position and an honest wait estimate on their phone, so they browse or grab a drink instead of hovering.
One tap on your dashboard sends a WhatsApp instantly. They walk back and sit down — happier guests, faster table turns.
Set the sliders to your restaurant. Even a modest recovery rate makes QueueUp pay for itself many times over.
*Illustrative estimate assuming QueueUp helps you recover ~40% of walk-aways. Actual results depend on footfall and floor operations.
We're new, and we'd rather earn your trust than your deposit. Join now and lock in the launch terms — in exchange for your honest feedback and a testimonial once you see results.
Every plan includes the core virtual queue. Setup is free during launch, and there's no lock-in — leave anytime.
| First 888 / outlet | included |
| Seatings 889 and up | RM0.20 |
One bill for the whole group. Your bundle covers 888 seatings a month; after that it's a flat 20 sen a guest — simple and predictable, and you pay in step with real footfall.
You're trusting us with your floor and your guests' data. Here's how we make that an easy decision.
"We're a small KL team, and we built QueueUp because we've stood in these queues ourselves. If something breaks at 8pm on a Friday, you'll be talking to the people who wrote the code — not a call centre in another country."
No setup fee, no card for the trial.
Month-to-month. Cancel whenever.
30-day guarantee, no questions.
Exportable and deletable anytime.
Yes. For our first 20 KL founding partners, setup, onboarding and staff training are free — normally RM199–499. You also get a 30-day free trial with no card and no commitment, so you can see it working on your floor before paying anything.
No. They scan a QR at your door and everything runs in their phone's browser. Updates arrive by WhatsApp or SMS — the apps they already use every day.
No — and that's the point. QueueUp is software only: no ticket printers, no kiosks, no display screens to buy or maintain. Your host runs the waitlist from any phone, tablet or computer you already own, and guests use their own phones. You skip the hardware cost and lock-in that traditional queue systems come with.
Yes. QueueUp runs alongside whatever POS you already use — no switching systems, no bolting on your POS vendor's queue add-on. On the Pro/Chain plan we can integrate directly with your POS for seating and turnover data; on the other plans it simply runs side by side.
QueueUp is PDPA-ready and hosted in Southeast Asia. Data is encrypted in transit, access-controlled, and fully exportable or deletable on request — it's your data, always.
There's no lock-in — you're month-to-month and can cancel anytime, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. The only thing you risk during the trial is about 30 minutes of setup.
Absolutely, and that's what we recommend for groups. Pilot QueueUp free in one busy outlet, review the walk-away and turnover data, then expand across the group on a Pro/Chain plan once you're convinced.
Yes — larger groups can switch the Pro/Chain plan to pay-per-seating. You start at just RM100 per outlet a month (600 seatings included), then pay a few sen only when a guest is actually seated — dropping to 20 sen as you get busier. It's a lower upfront cost that scales with your real footfall, all on one group bill.
A seating is counted only when your host taps Seated for a party — one count per table, whatever its size. Guests who no-show, cancel or walk away are never charged. You're billed for results, not for everyone who joins the queue.
Tell us about your restaurant and we'll call to set you up at no charge. Two minutes now, a smoother rush this weekend.
Thanks — we'll WhatsApp you within one business day to set up your free queue. Welcome aboard, founding partner.
